The Institute is committed to promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive working and learning environment free from sex discrimination and sex-based harassment. The Title IX Coordinator is charged with monitoring compliance with Title IX; providing education and training; and coordinating the response, investigation, and resolution of all reports of Prohibited Conduct under this Policy. The Title IX Coordinator acts with independence and authority and oversees all resolutions under this policy free from bias and conflicts of interest.

The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring the Institute’s education programs and activities for barriers to reporting information about conduct that reasonably may constitute a violation of this Policy, and taking steps reasonably calculated to address such barriers. Obligations in this Policy assigned to a particular title, such as the Title IX Coordinator, may be designated as appropriate by the Institute, including to external professionals.
