
Holly Dobbins

Dr. Dobbins is a social scientist and educator whose research focuses on Indigenous studies, social movements, environmental justice, and community development. Her scholarship examines Inuit governance and social movement formation, and she works at the intersection of public policy, conflict resolution, and crisis response. A Fulbright Scholar and recipient of multiple research awards, she has taught widely in sociology, environmental studies, Indigenous studies, and conflict resolution across several institutions. Her work advances interdisciplinary dialogue and supports marginalized communities through research, teaching, and public engagement.
