Eva Gibbons serves as Munson's first Director of Human Resources since joining the organization in November 2023. In this role, she leads all aspects of the Human Resources Division including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management, coaching, benefits, compensation, payroll, compliance, organizational management, and HR technology. Her diverse HR experience includes over 25 years in the financial, higher education, and healthcare sectors.
