Elissa Johnson is an educator and systems thinker focused on climate, food, and environmental justice. She teaches Climate Change Science and related courses at Pratt Munson and is currently a Lecturer at Hamilton College. Her work integrates experiential education, systems thinking, and community-engaged inquiry, drawing on experience in food systems program development, small-scale farming, and sustainability consulting. Johnson bridges theory and practice, emphasizing creative, justice-centered approaches to ecological and social resilience.
