Christina Hopkins-Rowe is an artist teacher with over 22 years of experience in the field of education. She is Fine Arts Department Chair at Proctor High School in the Utica City School District, where she has provided leadership to the Art & Music Department for 10 years. She is also adjunct faculty of Art & Design Education at Pratt Munson where she has prepared students for a career in the field of art & design education for 9 years.
