Carlie Sherry is The Chair of Foundations and Assistant Professor of Foundations at Pratt Munson. Carlie is an interdisciplinary visual artist and has exhibited work both nationally and internationally. Her work delves into themes of memory, familial relationships,love and loss. Recently, Carlie’s short film We Hold Their Grief in our Hands screened in international film festivals including Between the Blue and Green Film Festival in Worthing, UK, Diminuto Film Festival in Mexico City, Mexico, and the Toronto CMCS Film Festival where she was awarded Best Poetry Film.
