Water tasting is all the rage on the Pratt Munson campus 😎 …well at least in Elissa Johnson’s Ecology, Environment, and Anthropocene class. Student had a “wine tasting” style event where they practiced utilizing their palate to describe the notes in the water from different sources around Utica. I think we’ve got a good group of supertasters now on campus 😎
