𝑶𝑼𝑻𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑵𝑫𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑭𝑰𝑹𝑺𝑻-𝒀𝑬𝑨𝑹 𝑨𝑾𝑨𝑹𝑫 𝑾𝑰𝑵𝑵𝑬𝑹 → Jodie Baek 𝑴𝑨𝑱𝑶𝑹 → Communications Design, Illustration 𝑭𝑨𝑽𝑬 𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑵𝑬𝑫 𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑺 𝒀𝑬𝑨𝑹 → My favorite thing I have learned at Pratt Munson is the ability to match the craft of my hand to the taste of my eyes. Painting, sculpture, and drawing were all foreign to me and now I can say I’m apt in all three. I’ve also learned to draw what I see and not what I know, which led to me discovering the beauty in unidealized, truthful form. Talented artists are boundlessly popping up in my periphery, in both the student body and faculty, and I have learned so much through these interactions with my creative peers!
